Job summary

Vintage.com is seeking a Customer Experience Agent in Duiven, Netherlands, to support our European customers across phone, email and digital channels. You will help customers understand our service, provide updates and resolve issues with care and confidence.

You’ll handle inquiries across inbound, outbound and digital channels, ensuring clear communication, ownership of problems, and timely follow-up while collaborating with Operations and the warehouse to improve journeys.
