Job summary

Vintage.com in the Netherlands is seeking a French-speaking Customer Experience Agent to support customers across phone, email and digital channels from our Duiven hub near Arnhem. You’ll help customers understand our service, provide updates and resolve issues with care and confidence.

You’ll be part of the EU Customer Experience team, working with Operations and the warehouse to ensure joined-up journeys for our European customers and to deliver consistently excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or contact centre environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication; adaptable to customers.
• Comfort handling difficult conversations and resolving complaints.
• Familiar with CRM or customer service platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across phone, email and digital channels throughout their journey.
• Handle inbound/outbound conversations, provide updates and follow-ups.
• Explain our service and next steps clearly to customers.
• Build trust through accurate, timely and helpful communication.
• Investigate queries and escalate when needed to resolve issues.
