Job summary

Creative Clicks in Amsterdam is seeking a UX/UI Designer (Design Engineer) who can take designs from Figma to a live Next.js production site.

Day-to-day you will design and ship high-converting landing pages, onboarding quizzes, and lifecycle emails; manage the websites they live on; and continuously improve them with CRO experiments. You’ll work with AI-assisted building as a core capability, and own end-to-end design, build, CMS, tracking, and iteration.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a UX/UI, product, or web designer.
• Strong Figma skills with component-based design systems.
• Able to publish design live in production using Next.js.
• Experience with CRO and A/B testing is a plus.

We are expanding our Amsterdam headquarters and looking for a designer who ships: a UX/UI Designer who takes their own work from Figma all the way to a live Next.js production site.

The Role

This is not a classic handoff role. You design the experience and you publish it. Your Figma file becomes a live page because you built it, in Next.js, often the same week.

Day to day you will design and ship high-converting landing pages, onboarding quiz funnels, and lifecycle emails; manage the websites they live on; and keep improving them with CRO experiments. AI-assisted building (\"vibe coding\" with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or v0) is core to how this role works, not a side experiment. You will touch several verticals and own things end to end: design, build, CMS, tracking, iteration.

What You’ll Do

• Design and publish, yourself: Map user journeys, wireframe, design high-fidelity screens in Figma, then build and deploy them in Next.js. No waiting on a dev sprint.




• Own the website stack: Manage our sites end to end. Set up and maintain a headless CMS so the team can edit content without touching code, and keep deployments, domains, and tracking healthy.




• Run optimisations and CRO: Analyze user behavior and funnel data, form hypotheses, ship A/B tests, and iterate based on real performance metrics.




• Work across verticals: Landing pages are the core, but you will also design and build onboarding quiz flows and email campaigns, so the same brain covers the whole funnel.




• Frontrun with AI: Actively use AI design and coding tools to collapse the distance between idea and live page. Prototype in hours, ship in days.

Who You Are

• The sweet-spot experienced: 2–4 years as a UX/UI, product, or web designer, with shipped web work to show for it (conversion-driven e-commerce or startup experience is a major plus).




• Master of Figma: Clean component-based design systems, auto-layout, interactive prototypes.




• You publish, not just hand off: Comfortable enough with Next.js, React, and Tailwind (with AI tools doing the heavy lifting) to take your own design live in production. You don’t need to be a senior engineer. You need to ship.




• Infrastructure doesn’t scare you: Hosting and deployments (e.g. Vercel), domains and DNS, analytics and tracking scripts, and headless CMS setup (Sanity, Contentful, Payload, or similar) are things you can figure out and own.




• Data-informed and AI-native: You design what works, not just what looks good. You read funnel data, session recordings, and test results, and you turn them into the next iteration.




• Thrives in a dynamic culture: Rapid A/B testing, quick iterations, shifting priorities based on performace data. You enjoy that.




• Portfolio driven: Live URLs beat static mocks. We want to see things you designed AND built.
