Job summary

112wwft is seeking a Freelance Senior Compliance Officer (ZZP) to support a major pension transformation programme within a highly regulated financial services environment.

The role involves providing strategic compliance advice to senior leadership, delivering risk opinions, and translating AFM/DNB requirements into actionable business recommendations during large-scale transformations. Board-level reporting and coaching of teams are also included.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Compliance Officer in financial services.
• Knowledge of pensions, Wtp, conduct risk, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic compliance advice to senior leadership.
• Deliver risk opinions and regulatory guidance during large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Advise on customer duty of care, communications, and regulatory expectations.
• Translate AFM/DNB requirements into actionable business recommendations.
• Prepare board-level reporting and stakeholder updates.
• Coach and support wider compliance teams.
