Job summary

Eswelt is seeking a freelance Salesforce Administrator / Support Consultant to support an international organisation using Salesforce across the business. The role is hybrid in the Rotterdam area with English-speaking environment and a 10-month duration, focusing on day-to-day admin, user support and Sales/Service Cloud configuration.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce Admin experience, familiarity with Sales/Service Cloud, and experience in Salesforce-heavy international settings.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Support Consultant.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience in an international or similar Salesforce-heavy organisation is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration and support of the Salesforce platform.
• Handle user questions, incidents and small change requests.
