Job summary

Spot On Staffing is seeking an experienced freelance SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead to steer data migration activities within a large SAP transformation program in Rotterdam. You will define the data migration strategy, coordinate migration teams, and ensure data quality throughout the transition.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical specialists to enable a smooth cutover to SAP S/4HANA, including data cleansing, mapping, validation, and migration

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data migration in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Expertise in data mapping, cleansing and validation processes.
• Experience with migration tools such as SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the data migration strategy for the SAP S/4HANA program.
• Coordinate data migration teams across workstreams.
• Ensure data quality and timely execution of cleansing, mapping and validation.
• Oversee migration execution and align with business stakeholders and technical leads.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced freelance SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead to lead and coordinate data migration activities within a large-scale SAP transformation program.

You will be responsible for defining the data migration strategy, coordinating migration teams, ensuring data quality, and overseeing data cleansing, mapping, validation, and migration execution. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical specialists to ensure a successful transition to SAP S/4HANA.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading data migration in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodologies, data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Experience with migration tools such as SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Contract:

• Freelance assignment for at least 6 months
• Location: Rotterdam - hybrid setup
• Hours: fulltime assignment of 40 hours per week
