Cowboy seeks a mobile bike repair technician in Utrecht to fix riders on-site and keep them on the road. You’ll travel locally, diagnose issues, and deliver a friendly, efficient service as the face of the Cowboy brand.

This freelance, outdoors role offers training, a flexible schedule, and independence within a fast-growing e-mobility company. You’ll be part of a dynamic team supporting urban mobility.

Qualifications

• Live in or near Utrecht.
• Enjoy hands-on work and solving technical problems.
• Customer-focused, communicative, reliable.
• Passion for bikes, e-mobility, or tech is a plus.
• Independent, on-the-move work style.
• No prior experience required—training is provided.
• Languages: Dutch + English.

Responsibilities

• Travel across Utrecht to meet customers at their location.
• Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs.
• Use Cowboy’s diagnostics tools to identify issues.
• Deliver a seamless, friendly, and efficient repair experience.
• Represent Cowboy as the face of the brand in the city.
• Follow up to ensure the rider is back on the road.
