This remote freelance role focuses on teaching engineers through practical labs, scripts, and video demonstrations, guiding learners from core ML concepts to building and evaluating models.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ML experience with training, evaluation, and deployment using frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Clear ability to explain ML concepts to engineers who are new to the field.
• Excellent English, written and spoken, with ability to write natural scripts and deliver narration on camera.
• Genuine passion for teaching, demonstrated through online courses, tutorials, talks, or mentoring.
• Active interest in ML developments and commitment to continual learning and improvement.
• Comfort presenting technical material on camera in a clear, engaging way and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop course content with structure, lessons, labs, and notebooks for progressive learning.
• Create hands-on learning experiences; specify labs and test lab environments for quality.
• Write engaging educational scripts; produce concise, six-minute video lessons for engineers.
• Deliver technical presentations; narrate lessons and record demonstrations and lab walkthroughs in English.
• Apply practical ML experience to material on training, evaluation, and deployment of models.
• Incorporate editorial feedback and refine content to meet quality standards early on.
• Collaborate remotely with curriculum and production teams via weekly syncs and Slack.
