Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the Netherlands invites a highly qualified Analytical Chemistry Specialist to join a freelance AI trainer project. You will apply deep chemistry expertise to train and evaluate AI models used in scientific discovery, education, and lab research, working remotely and independently.

You will assess AI-generated responses, identify inaccuracies, and provide detailed technical feedback on spectroscopy, chromatography, MS, NMR, and QA/QC procedures.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent advanced expertise in analytical chemistry.
• Strong knowledge of analytical instrumentation and methods.
• Experience in evaluating AI-generated scientific content is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated analytical chemistry content for accuracy and rigor.
• Develop and assess scenarios involving spectroscopy, chromatography, and electrochemical analysis.
• Question AI models on MS, HPLC, GC, and NMR interpretations.
• Identify and document model weaknesses and reasoning gaps.
• Provide feedback to improve prompts and evaluation criteria.
• Maintain QA/QC principles in assessing AI outputs.
