Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Mechanical Engineer (WTB Piping) for ATEX compliance projects in Veghel. Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses of mechanical equipment and processes.

• Modify PIDs, color ATEX zones, and draw potential leakage points.
• Prepare technical documentation including Basis of Design and technical specifications.
• Control and acceptance of equipment at the plant.
• Guide implementation of WTB projects.

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Ontstekingsbronnen analyses of mechanical equipment and processes.
• ATEX inventarisatie: inventory of existing mechanical equipment and systems.
• AutoCAD werkzaamheden: Modify PIDs, color ATEX zones, and draw potential leakage points.
• Prepare technical documentation such as "Basis of Design" (BoD), purchase requests, RfQs, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and update Technical Construction Dossier (TCD).
• Control and acceptance of equipment (FAT) and execution (SAT) at the plant.
• Guide implementation of the WTB part of the projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing industrial construction CAPEX projects.
• Proven track record of safely delivering projects on time.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills at all stakeholder levels.
• Experience with ATEX and WTB – Piping.
