Job summary

Parakar Group in Amsterdam seeks an international HR operations consultant focused on French payroll and HR services for our non-European clients. This role translates foreign HR policies into employment relationships for French employees and provides guidance on labour law, payroll, and immigration.

You will act as our client’s HR-department from France, collaborating with HQ in the Netherlands and European partners, and supporting expatriates across borders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR.
• 2-3 years of HR specialist experience with a focus on French employment law.

Responsibilities

• Advise and manage HR & payroll for French clients, translating policies into employment relationships.
• Advise clients, employees and expats on labour law, payroll, and immigration.
• Act as sparring partner for European management and coordinate with HQ in the Netherlands and European colleagues.
