Job summary

Instrumentation Principal Engineer sought for FPSO projects, overseeing design, integration, and delivery of instrumentation systems including ICSS, Fire & Gas, and telecom. The role requires hands-on engineering and the ability to mentor others while collaborating with Discipline Leads and clients.

Ideal candidates will have extensive offshore oil & gas experience, proficiency with SmartPlant Instrumentation and AVEVA, and a deep understanding of IEC 61508/61511 safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Control Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, quality instrumentation solutions for FPSO projects with minimal guidance.
• Resolve complex technical issues to meet deliverables.
• Mentor engineers and promote knowledge transfer across regional centers.
• Collaborate with Discipline Manager and Leads to improve quality and efficiency.
