Job summary

World Resources Institute in Europe is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead planning and analysis for the regional finance function. This hybrid role requires roughly two days in the office, with The Hague preferred and London also possible.

Existing work authorization is required; this is a 1-year contract initially, with possible extension. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, donor compliance, and systems like Workday/Adaptive Planning, supporting multiple entities and currencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgeting and analysis for the Europe region.
• Maintain annual budget in Adaptive Planning and Workday.
• Prepare forecasts, cash-flow and variance analyses.
• Ensure donor compliance and grant budgeting.
• Produce dashboards and management reporting.
• Support internal stakeholders and audits.
