Job summary

Suitsupply is seeking an FP&A and Data Analytics professional to develop and enhance the FP&A reporting stack, including Looker, AI-based apps, and underlying data sources for retail management and logistics.

You will translate business questions into robust dashboards, maintain data models in Pigment, and reconcile data across Dynamics, Pigment, and Looker to support a unified KPI framework and reduce reliance on Excel.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of FP&A, Controlling or Data Analytics experience.
• Strong interest in data, systems and process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools, ideally Looker.
• Experience with enterprise planning software (Pigment, Anaplan, or Workday Adaptive Planning).
• Ability to translate data into clear, business-relevant insights.
• Nice to have: Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or STEM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the FP&A reporting stack (Looker, AI apps, data sources).
• Translate business questions into dashboards and self-service analytics for retail management and logistics with finance partners.
• Maintain data models and process flows in Pigment.
• Bridge data across Dynamics, Pigment, Looker to support KPI framework.
• Build structured reporting layers to reduce reliance on Excel.
• Act as interface between Finance, Data and Engineering teams.
