Job summary

TP Vision, based in Amsterdam, seeks a Financial Planning & BI Analyst to bridge FP&A and Business Intelligence, accelerating digitisation and AI readiness across Europe Finance. You will contribute to management reporting, forecasting, and month-end close while owning BI infrastructure and automation to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Role combines FP&A and BI responsibilities.
• Experience with monthly close, forecasting and KPI reporting.
• Experience building dashboards and automation for financial processes.
• Familiarity with AI tooling and governance in finance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional and Functional Leadership to understand reporting needs and provide financial insights.
• Own FP&A cycle activities including forecasting, budget consolidation and KPI reporting.
• Design and build self-service dashboards and maintain data integrity across source systems.
• Identify and implement automation for recurring FP&A tasks and ensure scalable, auditable processes.
• Oversee AI tooling usage governance and liaison with IT on finance systems topics.
