Job summary

Neno is seeking a Founding Product Lead to own the product vision, strategy and execution for AI-powered accounting, banking, invoicing, payroll and tax. You will shape the roadmap for the Netherlands with expansion to the UK, US and beyond, leading the product management team and driving agentic AI automation.

You will work closely with CEO, VP Engineering and VP Accounting, balancing customer insight with technical feasibility, and prioritising ruthlessly to build an irreplaceable platform for

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with leadership experience in high-growth B2B fintech/AI SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end roadmaps across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of SME financial operations and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery and customer discovery.

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year product vision in partnership with executive leadership.
• Translate complex theses into sequenced roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design and sales to execute on plan.
• Own product metrics, customer feedback loops and market research to steer direction.
• Mentor and develop PMs and designers as the team scales.
