Everest Commerce Group in Amsterdam is building an AI-native holding company focused on acquiring profitable, established businesses and strengthening them through disciplined operations and Everest Core. We are seeking an entrepreneurial dealmaker to work directly with the founder, shaping investment strategy and leading transactions from initial conversations through closing.

This is a founding leadership role with equity potential and close collaboration with the core team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading acquisitions or deal execution.
• Experience with underwriting and valuation.
• Ability to manage complex negotiations and coordinate advisers.
• Strong network with owners, investors, and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Define acquisition criteria and target sectors.
• Build and manage dealflow through relationships with owners, intermediaries, and investors.
• Lead underwriting, valuation, due diligence and transaction execution.
• Collaborate with founder on fundraising and financing strategies.
• Develop integration plans and monitor post-acquisition performance.
