Job summary

Orange Quarter is seeking a Founder's Associate to own strategic and operational initiatives from day one, spanning strategy, operations, customer delivery, and growth. I'm working with one of the Netherlands' fastest growing AI startups, and they're looking for a Founder's Associate to help scale a business that's already generating around €1m in annual revenue just months after launching.

This isn't a typical graduate role. You'll work across strategy, operations, customer delivery, hiring and growth, solving the biggest challenges in the business as they arise.

What you'll be doing:
