Job summary

Guzco is assembling a founding data engineering team in Amsterdam. You will architect and own the data platform, ingesting, storing, and processing massive real-time and batch data to power risk models for e-commerce logistics.

You will partner with data scientists and the founding team to build scalable, reliable data products, and to implement MLOps and data-serving infrastructure. Join a small, ambitious team building core product capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, or MLOps.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with experience in data architecture and data modeling.
• Hands-on with cloud data platforms and modern cloud infra (GCP, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Own the data engineering roadmap end to end.
• Define and drive data engineering and MLOps roadmaps with the founding team.
• Build, scale, and maintain data ingestion and processing pipelines.
