Job summary

Everest Commerce Group in Amsterdam is seeking a practical, proactive assistant to support the founder, organise schedules and keep tasks moving from start to finish. You’ll arrange travel, events, meetings and correspondence, turning recurring work into streamlined AI‑assisted workflows while maintaining discretion.

This role offers flexible hours and the chance to grow with Everest Core tools and processes as the business expands.

Qualifications

A practical doer who can take initiative and make things happen.
Clear communicator who asks useful questions and flags obstacles early.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable using AI tools for research, planning and administration.

Responsibilities

Support the founder: organise schedules, appointments and follow-ups across business and personal priorities, keeping commitments visible and manageable.
Coordinate travel, events and errands, and organise spaces to keep the founder's environment orderly.
Keep work moving: pick up tasks, coordinate with others and follow through from briefing to completion.
Prepare meetings, manage emails, draft replies and schedule interviews while keeping documents up to date.
Turn recurring work into checklists and AI-supported workflows to save time.
