• Strong relationship skills and the ability to earn trust with founders, owners and advisers.

• Develop relationships with company owners and a qualified acquisition pipeline.
• Lead commercial assessment, valuation and transaction coordination.
• Build investment cases with a credible operating and integration plan.
• Work closely with operating leaders, finance and advisers through diligence and handover.
