Nextview Consulting seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to build AI solutions with Agentforce and Claude, working directly at client sites in Europe. You will combine hands-on technical execution with consulting to translate business questions into working AI agents.

You’ll join a small pod with a product owner and designer, progressing from initial use case to production-ready agents while collaborating with senior architects and cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 4–7 years of Salesforce experience, hands-on development or configuration.
• Experience building Agentforce agents to production.
• Knowledge of Data 360 (Data Cloud), Flows and Apex.
• Familiarity with Salesforce MCP tools, APIs and the CLI.
• Salesforce and Anthropic certifications are a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work on site with client teams to identify high-value use cases for agents.
• Design, build and test Agentforce agents: Subagents, Actions, Prompts, Agent Script, Flows and Apex.
• Prepare data foundations in Data 360 to ensure agents work with complete data.
• Connect agents to other systems via APIs, MuleSoft and MCP.
• Combine Agentforce and Claude for optimal outcomes.
• Take agents to production and monitor quality, drift and token costs post-launch.
• Explain results and trade-offs to client management in clear terms.
• Share learnings and help grow our FDE and Agentforce practice.
