Jobster in Moerdijk is seeking an experienced Forklift and/or Reach Truck Operator to join a modern, busy warehouse team. You will move goods safely, operate equipment, and help ensure logistics run smoothly.

We offer €15.71 to €16.03 gross per hour, plus 20%–100% shift allowances, a travel allowance, and a full-time 40-hour week on a two-shift schedule. The position requires a valid certificate, a safety-minded and team-focused attitude, and good English.

You will earn €15.71 to €16.03 gross per hour, excluding shift allowances. Depending on when you work, you can receive an additional 20% to 100% shift allowance on top of your hourly wage. You will also receive a travel allowance and plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and grow within the organization.

For this position, you need previous experience and a valid certificate. We also value people who work safely and accurately, take responsibility, and enjoy working as part of a team.

What will you do?

As a Forklift and/or Reach Truck Operator, you will work together with your colleagues to make sure all logistics processes in the warehouse run smoothly. You will be active throughout the day and make sure goods are moved safely and efficiently to the right location.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collecting and moving goods using a forklift and/or reach truck;
• Placing pallets in the correct locations;
• Safely retrieving orders and goods from the warehouse and placing them in the right location;
• Loading and unloading trucks;
• Scanning and checking shipments;
• Checking orders for accuracy and completeness;
• Moving goods safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse;
• Making sure orders are ready for shipment on time;
• Working according to the applicable safety regulations;
• Keeping the workplace clean, safe, and organized;
• Supporting colleagues and other departments whenever needed.

You will work 40 hours per week in a two-shift schedule. You will work according to a fixed schedule, so you will know your working hours in advance.

The possible working hours are:

• 06:00 – 15:00
• 07:00 – 16:00
• 08:00 – 17:00
• 15:00 – 00:00

• 50% shift allowance for hours worked between 22:00 and 00:00 from Monday to Thursday;
• 75% shift allowance for hours worked between 22:00 and 00:00 on Fridays and for all hours worked on Saturdays;
• 100% shift allowance for work on Sundays, public holidays, and Mondays between 00:00 and 06:00;
