DSV Contract Logistics B.V. in Moerdijk zoekt een ervaren Forklift- en Reach Truck Operator. Je werkt fulltime, met dagdienst of een tweeploegendienst. Je verdient bruto per uur tussen €15,71 en €16,03 en registreert alle activiteiten in het WMS-systeem.

Qualifications

• In staat om zelfstandig te reizen naar Moerdijk en in ploegen te werken.

Responsibilities

• Ophalen en lossen van vrachtwagens met heftruck en reach truck.
• Pallets verplaatsen en goederen in het magazijn opslaan en ophalen.
• Goederen controleren op hoeveelheid en schade; registreren in WMS.
• Werkplek schoon, veilig en georganiseerd houden.

Job description

As a Forklift and Reach Truck Operator at DSV in Moerdijk, you play an important role in the logistics process. You move goods safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse. You will earn up to €16.03 per hour, receive shift allowances, and work full-time in a modern warehouse. Help keep the logistics process running smoothly while building your future!

As a Forklift and Reach Truck Operator at DSV in Moerdijk, you will work full-time either in a day shift or in a two-shift system. You are an essential part of the warehouse team, making sure that goods arrive at the right place safely and on time. You will start with a gross hourly wage between €15.71 and €16.03, depending on your experience and excluding shift allowances.

You will start your day by checking your forklift and reach truck. After that, you will load and unload trucks, move pallets, and pick orders. You will accurately register all activities in the WMS system. You will also operate an electric pallet truck and pick orders using a scanner.

You are able to work independently, but you are also a real team player. Every day is different, but safety and accuracy always come first. You help ensure that the logistics process runs smoothly and have a direct impact on customer satisfaction.

You will work full-time as a Forklift and Reach Truck Operator. You can work either a day shift from 08:00 to 17:00 or in a two-shift system. In the two-shift system, you will work either a morning shift from 06:00 to 15:00 or a late shift from 15:00 to 00:00.

Your responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift and reach truck;
• Safely moving pallets and goods throughout the warehouse;
• Storing and retrieving goods at different heights;
• Picking and preparing orders and pallets;
• Suppling various workstations within the warehouse;
• Checking goods, quantities, and any damage;
• Processing logistics data in the WMS system;
• Identifying and reporting discrepancies or damage;
• Carrying out work in accordance with applicable safety regulations;
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

Wie ben je?

You are an experienced forklift and reach truck operator who enjoys hands-on work. You speak Dutch or English and have at least 1 to 2 years of warehouse experience.

You are able to work safely and accurately, remain calm under pressure, and are flexible. A valid forklift and reach truck certificate is preferred. Do you have extensive practical experience? You are welcome to apply as well.

You must be able to travel independently to Moerdijk and be willing to work full-time in a day shift or two-shift system.

• At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift and reach truck;
• English-speaking;
• Able to travel independently to Moerdijk;
