Job summary

Booston BV in Giessen is seeking a hands-on Production worker for a modern food processing plant. You’ll handle mixing nuts and seeds, packaging on the inpack line, and routine cleaning, with training and supportive teamwork to help you grow.

The role is standing, shift-based with hours 06:00–14:45, 14:45–23:30 or 23:00–06:00, plus overtime bonuses. The company offers a clean, safe work environment, attractive shift allowances, travel reimbursement, and a friendly team that values reliability

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a production worker or similar.
• English or Dutch communicative level (speaking and writing).
• Own transport to work.
• Good physical condition for standing and active work.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Mix raw ingredients such as nuts and seeds according to recipes and safety standards.
• Package finished products on the inpack line with attention to detail.
• Clean and sanitize machines and production lines to maintain hygiene.
• Sort, repack, and quality check products in the rework area.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols throughout the shift.
