Over de functie

As a Production worker (Giessen), you’ll take on various tasks to keep production running smoothly. Your day could include mixing nuts and seeds in the Mengerij department (heavier tasks), packaging products on the Inpackline, cleaning machines and production lines (Corveer), and repackaging or sorting products (Rework, Box unpacking). This is standing work that requires both precision and accuracy. You’ll receive training and support from your team, and you can expect to work in a clean, modern facility focused on food safety. Your main responsibilities:

• Mixing raw ingredients such as nuts and seeds according to recipes and safety standards
• Packaging finished products on the inpack line with attention to detail
• Cleaning and sanitizing machines and production lines to maintain hygiene
• Sorting, repackaging, and quality checking products in the rework area
• Following all safety and hygiene protocols throughout your shift

You’ll work in a shift system with the following hours: 06:00 – 14:45, 14:45 – 23:30, or 23:00 – 06:00. Overtime is possible and paid with bonuses. This is a long-term, full-time role.

• Gross hourly wage from €14.99 plus shift allowance (up to €17.83 per hour with 3 shifts)
• Shift allowances: +14% for 2 shifts, +19% for 3 shifts
• Overtime pay at 125% after 40 hours per week
• Saturday and Sunday allowance +30%
• 8.33% vacation allowance
• Travel expenses reimbursement: €0.23/km (up to €18.40 per day, max 40 km one way)
