Carriere zoekt een Production worker in Giessen voor een lange termijn fulltime positie in een modern voedselverwerkingsbedrijf. Je werkt in ploegendiensten (06:00–14:45, 14:45–23:30, 23:00–06:00) en voert taken uit zoals mengen van noten en zaden, verpakking op de inpack-lijn en hygiëne.

Je werkt in een schone, veilige omgeving met training on-site en een vriendelijk team. Vereist is minimaal 1 jaar ervaring en eigen vervoer.

Qualifications

• Engels of Nederlands op communicatief niveau vereist.
• Vervoer naar het werk is nodig.
• Goede fysieke conditie voor staand en actief werk.
• Bereidheid om in ploegendiensten te werken (incl. nachten).
• Hygiëne-regels volgen zonder sieraden of nagels/make-up.

Responsibilities

• Mengen van ruwe ingrediënten zoals noten en zaden volgens recepten en veiligheidsregels.
• Verpakken van eindproducten op de inpack-lijn met aandacht voor detail.
• Schoonmaken en desinfecteren van machines en productielijnen.
• Sorteren, herverpakken en kwaliteitscontrole in de rework-ruimte.
• Volg alle veiligheids- en hygiëneprotocollen tijdens de dienst.

Over de functie

As a Production worker (Giessen), you’ll take on various tasks to keep production running smoothly. Your day could include mixing nuts and seeds in the Mengerij department (heavier tasks), packaging products on the Inpackline, cleaning machines and production lines (Corveer), and repackaging or sorting products (Rework, Box unpacking). This is standing work that requires both precision and accuracy. You’ll receive training and support from your team, and you can expect to work in a clean, modern facility focused on food safety. Your main responsibilities:

• Mixing raw ingredients such as nuts and seeds according to recipes and safety standards
• Packaging finished products on the inpack line with attention to detail
• Cleaning and sanitizing machines and production lines to maintain hygiene
• Sorting, repackaging, and quality checking products in the rework area
• Following all safety and hygiene protocols throughout your shift

You’ll work in a shift system with the following hours: 06:00 – 14:45, 14:45 – 23:30, or 23:00 – 06:00. Overtime is possible and paid with bonuses. This is a long-term, full-time role.
