Job summary

Gourmet Ingredients is seeking a process operator to independently run established and developing food production processes. Strong emphasis on hygiene and food safety; operators must perform cleaning, disinfection, and routine maintenance.

Responsibilities include monitoring temperatures and pressures, recording data, and assisting in process optimisation and automation projects. Forklift operation and material handling are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• At least MBO+ (VAPRO B) qualification.
• Proficient in Dutch, spoken and written.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple production lines with attention to hygiene and safety.
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of process equipment.
• Record production and control data; monitor process parameters.
• Troubleshoot minor malfunctions and escalate larger issues to technical service.
• Assist in process optimisation and testing of new components and automation.

Education
