PPHE Hotel Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Intern for Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport. You will gain hands-on experience across restaurant, bar and banqueting operations, learning service fundamentals and guest satisfaction in an international hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management or related study programme.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Positive, professional and enthusiastic attitude.
• Eager to learn and develop new skills.
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Support the Food & Beverage team during breakfast, lunch, dinner and event services.
• Deliver a welcoming and professional service to guests.
• Assist with the preparation and set-up of restaurant and event spaces.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure guests receive an excellent experience.
• Learn and apply Food & Beverage procedures, standards and systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all outlets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
