Job summary

DeWarmte is seeking an App Developer to build and improve our two Flutter apps for homeowners and installers. You’ll write code, improve quality, and ship features to iOS and Android, with AI tools helping speed while maintaining security and reliability.

You’ll collaborate across product, backend, hardware and service teams—owning features end-to-end from design to release, and elevating testing, CI/CD and architecture to ensure a robust, scalable app platform.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience building production mobile apps with Flutter and Dart.
• Experience releasing and maintaining iOS and Android apps on App Store and Google Play.
• Solid grasp of app architecture and state management (Riverpod, Bloc, Provider).
• Experience integrating REST APIs, authentication and push notifications.
• Track record from design through implementation to real-world release.
• Strong fundamentals: version control, automated testing, CI/CD, crash reporting, performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools and responsibly applying AI in development.
• Good sense of user experience and simplifying complex information.
• Ability to bring clarity in evolving systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop the DeWarmte apps for homeowners and installers.
• Ensure usability, functionality, and innovation to stand out in the market.
• Support real-world conditions like poor connectivity.
• Write production Dart/Flutter code for iOS and Android.
• Design, build, test, and release features from sketch to App Store/Google Play.
• Evolve app architecture and shared components across both apps.
• Collaborate with backend on clean APIs; improve testing, CI/CD, analytics, and release practices.
• Diagnose and fix cross-app issues spanning Django backend and devices.
