Job summary

Celoria Recruitment Solutions is recruiting motivated Order Pickers for long-term warehouse work in Tilburg, the Netherlands. This role offers accommodation support and recruiter guidance during the application process, making relocation smoother.

You will work at ID Logistics B.V., a modern distribution centre, performing order picking, packing, labeling, sorting and shipment preparation in a comfortable 18–20°C environment. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Intermediate English level, B1 or higher.
• Willingness to work long-term in the Netherlands.
• Reliable, flexible and able to work well in a team.
• Physically able to stand, walk, lift and move products during a full shift.
• Good attention to detail when picking, packing and labelling orders.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately using a handheld scanner.
• Pack electronic devices and prepare parcels for shipment.
• Apply promotional labels to products when required.
• Load and unload goods safely.
• Sort packages and ensure correct delivery routing.
• Check products and parcels for accuracy before shipping.
• Support warehouse colleagues during busy periods.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and safe.
• Follow workplace instructions, safety rules and warehouse procedures.
