Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and experience in efficiently managing a team.
• Proven ability to develop and grow your team.
• Experience driving KPIs and sales targets in retail.

Responsibilities

• Support management in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities.
• Set daily/weekly sales targets to improve performance.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance via reports and updates to management.
• Assist with stock, payroll, admin and rota.
• Provide 1-2-1 service to customers, ensuring the customer comes first.
• Inspire and train the team through coaching and product knowledge.
