Levi Strauss & Co. in Lelystad, Netherlands, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our denim-focused team. You will support the Store Manager in achieving KPIs and driving profit opportunities while managing daily operations, stock, payroll, and visual standards.

You will train and motivate a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure consistent store performance in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a full-time role with competitive benefits for a renowned global brand.

Responsabilités

• Support Store Manager in delivering KPIs and profit opportunities.
• Set daily/weekly sales targets for the store team and monitor performance.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance, updating action plans.
• Control costs and store operations such as stock, payroll, admin and rotas.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training and product knowledge.
• Cover store in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Maintain strong visual standards across the store.
