Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional consumer service and premium brand experience on the sales floor
• Coach and motivate department staff and maintain positive store atmosphere
• Support daily store operations to achieve sales targets including digital services, visual merchandising and promotions
• Identify and solve issues in partnership with store leadership and uphold NIKE standards
• Oversee scheduling, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth store performance
