Job summary

NIKE, Inc. is seeking a Store Coach to deliver exceptional consumer service and a premium brand experience.

You will coordinate, coach, and motivate the department team while maintaining a positive work atmosphere and supporting daily business in areas like digital services, visual merchandising, and promotional campaigns. You will work with department leads to manage inventory, staffing, onboarding, and scheduling, ensuring Nike standards are met across all activities.

Qualifications

• Advanced customer service skills with demonstrated ability in leading a shop floor team to create a unique customer experience.
• Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and innovative leader.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver efficient product receiving and inventory accuracy with visual standards.
• Ensure store inventory is full, presentable, and aligned with brand standards.
• Oversee overall product journey in store and monthly initiative launches.
• Use reporting tools to inform commercial decisions and improve performance.
• Lead Athlete Experience initiatives and store scheduling.
• Deliver premium consumer service and bring the consumer journey to life.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain a positive Nike culture.
