Job summary

European Space Agency is seeking an Intern in the Electrical Department – Flight Software Section in Noordwijk, NL. Qualifications

• You must be a university student, preferably in your final or second-to-last year of your Master’s degree.
• You will be enrolled at your university for the entire duration of the internship.
• Proficiency in English and a basic knowledge of French are required or beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate a mixed criticality multicore processor configuration for Linux and a real-time OS on onboard computer platforms.
• Develop and publish a reference framework enabling multiple ESA missions to leverage new hardware solutions.
• Gain hands-on experience with real-time Linux in space mission contexts and contribute to reliable software platforms.
