Job summary

NHV in Den Helder is seeking a Flight Operations Officer to oversee day-to-day coordination of flight operations. You will collaborate with pilots, clients, ATC and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient, compliant operations.

The role combines operational coordination with administrative duties, reporting to the Service Delivery Lead. A proactive, flexible mindset and strong IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A strong interest in aviation operations and flight coordination.

Responsibilities

• Planning, monitoring, and coordinating daily flight operations.
• Preparing flight schedules, operational documentation, and crew briefings.
• Monitoring weather conditions and operational notices (NOTAMs).
• Managing pilot schedules and supporting compliance with Flight Time Limitations (FTL).
• Acting as a primary contact for clients regarding flight schedules, changes, and operational updates.
• Coordinating with air traffic control, airport authorities, and internal departments to support operational readiness.
• Maintaining accurate operational records and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
