Job summary

Love Recruitment International is recruiting a hands-on General Manager in Den Haag to lead one of the group's flagship fitness clubs—a full-service site with pool, wellness area, and hospitality offerings serving nearly 5,000 members. You will own operations, revenue, wellness, partnerships and the member journey, spending substantial time on the floor to lead by example.

Qualifications

Senior management experience in fitness, hospitality or high-service environments.
Natural floor leader with visible presence and credibility.
Comfortable handling challenging conversations and high-end members.
Community-minded with local relationship skills.
Commercially aware with data-driven action and partnerships.
Energetic, fast-paced, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Lead from the floor during peak and off-peak hours, engaging with members and staff daily.
Manage people, conflicts and loyalty within a demanding member base.
Build and energise a strong team across fitness, PT, hosts and wellness.
Protect and elevate the club atmosphere across gym, wellness and hygiene.
Own all revenue streams including subscriptions, PT, retention and partnerships.
Manage budgets, costs, forecasting and brand standards on the floor.
