Job summary

doitintl is seeking a Financial Systems Engineer in the Netherlands to own NetSuite and FloQast implementations, automate financial workflows, and drive cross-system integration with engineering. You will reduce manual, error-prone tasks by crafting scalable configurations and data rules.

You will partner with Finance and Engineering, own the technical relationships, and shape finance operations as the company scales, using AI-assisted automation to accelerate routine work.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years administering a financial or ERP system, with NetSuite administration.
• Experience automating manual finance tasks via scripting or low-code tools.
• Ability to design cross-system integrations and define data rules.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer core financial systems (NetSuite, FloQast coming online).
• Identify manual finance operations and reduce them through automation with engineering support.
• Serve as business-logic and data expert for finance, defining rules and canonical definitions.
• Build cross-system integrations on a central platform in partnership with engineering.
• Act as dedicated systems partner to Finance and Accounting for onboarding and configuration.
• Use AI tooling to draft automations and accelerate routine system work.
