Job summary

Dolmans Wieringen Prins in Amsterdam is seeking a Financial Specialist to ensure accurate administration and timely reports, enabling project leaders and the branch manager to manage budgets, costs, and results.

You translate data into monthly figures and analyses, discuss deviations with project leaders, manage accounts payable and receivable, and collaborate with Group Finance to improve processes.

Qualifications

• HBO-level financial education with practical accounting insight.
• Strong numerical and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience using ERP systems and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase and sales invoices and payments accurately.
• Translate data into monthly figures, reports and analyses.
• Discuss deviations with project leaders and branch manager.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Coordinate with Group Finance to improve reporting processes.
