Job summary

bol is building the next generation of Financial Services to delight customers and partners. As the FS Strategy & Proposition Developer, you shape bold ideas into real propositions, balancing customer needs, market opportunities, and regulatory constraints.

You'll work with product managers, engineers, designers, analysts, our internal incubator, and cross-functional leaders to ensure bol's FS delivers maximum impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in proposition development, strategy, consulting, or customer research.
• Strong understanding of payments, embedded finance, open banking, or related FS domains.
• Ability to translate market opportunities into actionable roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Identify new FS propositions and business models to create customer and partner value.
• Lead research to balance customer needs, market trends, and regulatory constraints.
• Shape long-term FS strategy and develop roadmaps aligned with stakeholders.
• Drive strategic projects from opportunity to business case and commitments.
• Collaborate with product, tech, design, analytics, and executives to align direction.
• Bridge customer needs, market opportunities, technical feasibility, and commercial viability.
