Job summary

GEA Refrigeration Netherlands in Den Bosch is seeking a Financial Controller to join the finance team. You will coordinate day-to-day controlling and accounting, support management, and help drive standardization.

The role offers a path to becoming a full business partner, with responsibilities including month-end close, intercompany reporting, and process automation. Fluent Dutch and English are required, with 27 holidays, 13 ADV days, and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, preferably in business administration or economics.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Controlling and Finance.
• Good financial modeling skills as well as business and data analysis skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Intercultural experience & skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordination of day-to-day controlling and accounting functions.
• Support monthly and ad hoc month-end close and reporting activities.
• Ensure completeness and correctness of financial accounting (incl. P/L and Balance Sheet).
• Bank payments screening.
• Provide tax and legal declarations.
• Support ad hoc GEA initiatives.
• Intercompany reporting and invoicing.
• Automation of standard day-to-day tasks.
