Several years of experience in accounting or financial control, preferably within an accountancy firm or international organisation.
Experience with closing processes and AO/IC; consolidation or international entity experience is a plus.
Strong Excel and ERP or accounting system skills, preferably NetSuite; affinity with AI agents and automation is a plus.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Hands‑on, independent, and highly accurate; comfortable working in a dynamic scale‑up environment where processes are still developing.
Structured and analytical, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
A clear and confident communicator, including towards management, the board, investors, accountants, and advisers.
Proactive and pragmatic, with the ability to identify issues and translate them into workable solutions.
Flexible and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.
