Responsibilities

• Поддержка прогнозирования, анализа отклонений и отчетности по инициативам в портфелях Pricing и Monetisation в Accommodations BU.
• Обеспечение надежной, масштабируемой и информативной отчетности по ключевым метрикам подразделения.
• Проактивное предоставление аналитики для FP&A и бизнес-партнёров.
• Предоставление аналитической поддержки и участие в стратегическом принятии решений.
• Постоянное совершенствование отчетности в ответ на запросы руководства.
• Выполнение разовых анализов, сценариев и бенчмаркинга по мере необходимости.

Задачи:

• Support with forecasting, variance analysis and reporting of financial performance of specific initiatives within the Pricing and Monetisation portfolios in the Accommodations BU
• Contribute to robust, scalable and insightful reporting of the business unit or department’s key metrics
• Proactively deliver intelligence based on data to support and advise the FP&A team and/or business partners whenever necessary
• Provide analytical support and contribute to strategic decision making, while partnering with key stakeholders in the business
• Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize the existing reporting to fit with evolving requests from senior management
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, scenarios and benchmarking as needed

Требования:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or other related field (preferred)
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and ability to connect the dots and reconcile multiple data sources
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to different audiences
• Self-driven mentality, proactively seeking to find solutions to problems and providing the best analytics possible to key decision makers
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience with SQL and reporting tools
• Familiarity with generative AI and AI-enabled automation, including the use of tools such as Claude Code to build AI agents, streamline workflows, and automate repetitive processes.
• Ability to understand, work with and proactively advise and influence senior business partners
• Sees the headlines or big picture whilst having attention for the details
• Strong team-working skills with ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and working in an unstructured environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion.
