Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES in the Netherlands, Rotterdam, seeks a Financial Analyst to join the Benelux Finance team. You will support financial planning, forecasting, month-end closing, and reporting, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver insights and drive value.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in financial forecasting, and excellent English communication. A hybrid/onsite setup is possible with cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Finance or related academic background, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in finance partnering, especially in a consumer goods environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in financial forecasting, P&L management, and process support.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales & Operations Planning, forecasting, and month-end processes, co-owning forecasts and results reporting.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reviews, including insights and commentary for management presentations.
• Drive and support agile projects that add value to the finance function.

• Contribute to continuous operational improvements and efficiency initiatives.
