Job summary

Basic-Fit is seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst to lead and support change initiatives across core Finance processes and systems. You will partner with Finance teams and stakeholders to design and implement streamlined, scalable processes using S/4HANA Public Cloud and related tools.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar analytics/consulting position, fluency in English and Dutch, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset in a fast-growing, international setting.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Finance processes and ERP systems is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or ICT-related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role as a business analyst or transformation analyst.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methods and SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex processes into practical solutions.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; good stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive transformation initiatives across Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Record-to-Report and other Finance processes.
• Analyze current-state Finance processes and identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and automation.
• Translate requirements into clear process designs and change roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Reporting, Tax, Finance Control and other stakeholders on transformation projects.
• Support integration of acquired companies into Basic-Fit's Finance processes and systems.
• Communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders and challenge current ways of working.

You will operate in our Finance Transformation team, focusing on driving change and continuous improvement across our Finance processes and systems. Do you have a deep understanding of how business processes can be optimized through smarter ways of working and technology?

This Is What Your Role Looks Like

Your focus is on transforming and improving Finance processes across the organization, working closely with the Finance te ams and other stakeholder teams in our core s ystems S/4HANA Public Cloud / SoftCo / Lucanet . You identify inefficiencies, design improved ways of working, and translate business needs into concrete change initiatives. Your primary focus will be leading and supporting transformation projects that make Finance processes simpler, faster, and more scalable as Basic-Fit continues to grow.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive transformation initiatives across Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and other Finance processes;
• Analyze current-state Finance processes and identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and automation;
• Translate business requirements into clear process designs and change roadmaps;
• C oordinate cross-functionally with Reporting & Tax, F inanci al Control , Pur chase - to-Pay , Cr edit Ma nagement and other business stakeholders on transformation projects;
• Support the integration of acquired companies into Basic-F's Finance processes and systems;
• Maintain direct contact with internal and external stakeholders and communicate on project progress;
• Proactively challenge existing ways of working and act as a driver for continuous improvement;
• Act as a sparring partner for colleagues within the Finance T ransformation team;

Who Are You?

An analyst who is assertive and eager to work in a dynamic, fast-growing organization, with a primary focus on Finance. You are not afraid to take the lead and ensure that transformation initiatives within Basic-Fit are carried out in a structured manner.

Additionally, we're looking for someone who has:

• Basic knowledge of Finance processes and ERP systems is a must ;
• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or an ICT-related field;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position as a business analyst, process consultant, or transformation analyst;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum work methods;
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud) is an advantage;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex processes into practical solutions;
• Skilled communicator and fluent in English and Dutch;
• Ability to maintain good relationships with the business and serve as an accessible point of contact for others;
• A proactive, analytical mindset and the confidence to take initiative.
