Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Support Engineer - Finance to join a fast-growing, international software organization from a remote, distributed European team. Based in the Netherlands, you will support invoicing, payments, VAT and tax configurations, and financial workflows within a veterinary practice management platform.

You will resolve complex finance-related queries, build strong client relationships, and help improve support processes while collaborating with Sales, Implementation, and Product

Qualifications

• Finance or accounting background with experience explaining financial processes to customers.
• B2B SaaS customer support experience, preferably with finance-related software.
• Strong troubleshooting and software configuration understanding.
• Familiarity with invoicing, payments, VAT settings, financial reporting, and accounting integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support for the veterinary practice management platform, focusing on finance-related queries.
• Resolve invoicing, payments, VAT configurations, financial reporting, and accounting workflow issues.
• Own complex cases and coordinate with internal teams to achieve timely resolutions.
• Build trusted relationships with customers of varying sizes and guide them on using financial features.
