Job summary

HousingAnywhere is seeking a Finance Operations Intern to manage payments and foster smooth collaborations with customers. You will join the Finance Operations Team at our Rotterdam HQ and help ensure timely, compliant payments while supporting cross-team collaboration.

The role is ideal for a hands-on, energetic student in business/finance who communicates well in English (French a plus) and is eager to learn about payment operations in an international tech company.

Qualifications

• You are enrolled in a business, economics, finance, or related program.
• You demonstrate interest in payment operations and regulatory compliance.
• You can take on new challenges and solve problems hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing accurate, timely, and compliant payments to customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Care and Sales to resolve issues within Order-to-Cash.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage daily operational tasks to meet SLAs.
• Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and stay updated on industry regulations.
