Job summary

GRESB is seeking a motivated Finance Operations Intern to support invoicing, billing, reporting and process improvement within the Finance team. This 6-month, full-time internship offers hands-on exposure to revenue operations, automation, and customer support.

You will work across revenue operations, billing, and reporting, gaining experience with finance processes in an international, mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• 6-month internship in finance operations, billing and reporting.
• Experience with Excel; knowledge of Power BI or automation tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Detail-oriented with interest in AI for finance operations.
• Ability to work in an international organization.

Responsibilities

• Support invoicing and billing operations with accurate invoicing.
• Provide customer support by email on billing inquiries.
• Analyze invoice processing flows to identify bottlenecks.
• Assist AI-driven process improvement projects.
• Support Finance team with analyses and reporting tasks.
