Job summary

Atos in Eindhoven is seeking a Finance Operations Accountant to support international Finance operations and ensure compliance. This role involves managing accounting activities, collaborating across countries, and participating in finance transformation projects using AI-driven tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, fluent in Dutch and English, and approximately three years of experience. A structured Finance journey and flexible working arrangements are offered.

Your Role

As a Finance Operations Accountant, you will play an essential role in supporting our international Finance operations. You will collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries, ensuring accurate and compliant financial processes while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Managing operational accounting activities
• Supporting monthly closing cycles and ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal control frameworks
• Preparing account reconciliations, financial analyses, and audit documentation
• Working closely with local Finance teams, global shared service centers, and business stakeholders
• Participating in finance transformation projects that leverage automation and AI‑driven tools

Your Profile

• A strong foundation in accounting with approximately three years of experience
• Curiosity and drive to learn new Finance disciplines
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Comfort working in an international environment
• An interest in digital tooling, automation, and improving processes
• AI proven experience will be considered as an advantage
• Affinity and understanding of international IT business – Cloud, AI, Digital Workplace
• SAP and Excel skills are highly valued
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
